- Registers public legal-document sources under durable records.
- Preserves accessible versions, retrieval details, timestamps, and hashes.
- Explains supported automatically captured public text through Current Terms Brief, with preserved-text citations and questions for an initial human review before any change. Manual evidence and gated sources are not eligible for this feature.
- Compares changed versions and produces cited AI-assisted potential-impact briefs.
- Routes changes through assignments, deadlines, human decisions, audit history, and exports.
- Supports automatic monitoring and manual-document evidence when a publisher blocks automated retrieval.
